Veros Petroleum Ltd., is a wholly Ghanaian company incorporated and registered to commence business on June 22, 2020 to engage in the Supply , Marketing , Transportation , Bunkering and Storage of Petroleum Products . Veros Petroleum is a proud Indigenous Ghanaian company .

Early 2013 Veros Petroleum Chief Executive Officer approached a timber factory to obtain contracts for his Family-owned General Merchandise Business. As part of the Timber company procurement orders, he came across a request for 13,500 liters of Diesel which he agreed to procure and supply the timber firm on a weekly basis. Mr. Yahya Diab worked on obtaining the best prices and products from various supply channels to resupply the timber factory which he successfully executed. As demand for fuel grew and client’s portfolio grew bigger this step motivated him to look deeper into the industry and establish a Oil and Gas company which grew to be Veros Petroleum today. After successfully working hard in meeting the requirements of the regulators and putting the right things in place the company Veros Petroleum was finally granted a license to do business in the Petroleum industry which humbly grew to be one of the industry trusted brand.
